As a detailed person I was able to capture my methods of "quickly" writing policies and procedures for any industry and for any company and put these methods and thoughts into this book. I have written more than 12,000 policies and procedures. I have worked for big companies such as Litton Industries, Eastman Kodak, or Boeing. I have also consulted for State of Ohio's Policy Group, Farmers Insurance, several Credit Unions, and one Stock Exchange.
